Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What if I have more than one child?
For multiple children we offer a Bundled Mission Kit. The personalized letter will be addressed to up to 4 kids (first names only), so each child feels included in the mission. Also, each cadet will receive their own ID card, certificates, reindeer bell, button, and their own mission duties handbook and stickers. All neatly packed in one box.
When will my order be shipped and arrive?
Please note that due to the personalized nature of each of our kits, orders may take up to 6 weeks to ship. However, any orders placed before or during the first week of December will be prioritized and shipped no later than December 5th, ensuring delivery well before Christmas Eve.
Will the personalization include last names?
All 3 personalized items in the kit will include first name ONLY.
How will my order be shipped?
All OPSP kits will be shipped ground shipping only. The kits will be shipped through FedEx, a shipping number will be available.
Can you ship International?
Operation Sugarplum kits are only shipped inside the United States (for now!)
What is your return policy?
Because our kits are personalized, we’re only able to offer a refund or exchange if the mistake is on our end. If printing has already been completed, we unfortunately can’t remake the kit — so please double-check those spellings before submitting!
Can i request a reindeer name?
Each bell is marked with the name of an official reindeer from Santa’s Reindeer Flight Command. Assignments are chosen at random, so you never know which reindeer will send their bell your way.
Is there a fee for each additional child’s kit?
Yes, the top-secret missions require extra resources- so there’s a fee for each additional child's personalized items and contents. For 2-4 children you'll want to select the Bundled Mission Kit.
